We all have the ability to talk ourselves out of what we want, or move towards the discomfort of our truth. This is simply a choice.
But it takes work. We have to get quiet and listen. We have to be honest with ourselves and others. We have to first work through the process.
We can learn to use our voice, and stand firm in our truths. We can use our physical practice to tune in instead of tune out. We can use our meditation practice to stay focused in the process. And we can move towards what we want, learning to trust the process. This is the practice.
